Terms of Service

1. Services
3dotcreatives provides creative production services including brand films, commercial photography, social media content, drone cinematography, and visual storytelling for brands. All services are subject to a separate project agreement signed between the client and 3dotcreatives.
2. Intellectual property
All creative work produced by 3dotcreatives — including films, photographs, and other media — remains the intellectual property of 3dotcreatives until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables as agreed in the project contract. 3dotcreatives retains the right to use production work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. Advance payment is typically required before production begins. Late payment may result in project delays. 3dotcreatives reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment is received.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are specified in each project agreement. In general, advance payments are non-refundable once production has begun. Rescheduling is possible subject to crew availability and advance notice.
5. Limitation of liability
3dotcreatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables beyond the project value. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
